Kellyn Wardell is the Program Manager for WE-Cycle, a 200 bike system operating in the mountain communities of Basalt and Aspen, Colorado. Kellyn discusses the opportunities of partnering with regional transit systems and how WE-Cycle’s operations is meeting unmet transportation demands of local residents rather than tourists to the area.
